Ordering photos
Southern and Eastern Kentucky Tourism
Development Association (SEKTDA) welcomes the region to use our photo
database. Please note the following if you would like to use any of
SEKTDA's photographs.
To order any of our photos, click
here to open an e-mail window and enter the photo ID
number and shipping information. Please allow five business days to
process your order. All orders must be
accompanied by a signed Photo
Usage form. Please download
the form, and fax it to us at 606-677-6059. Orders will
not be processed until the Usage Form is received.
SEKTDA will scan up to ten (10)
photos per project at 300 dpi and email them free of charge, or burn
them on a CD and mail them for a $5.00 fee. Terms are negotiable for
larger projects. Contact
us for details. All projects must be approved by SEKTDA.
You agree to:
• Give SEKTDA photo credit on
all photographs used
• Include SEKTDA's web site:
www.tourseky.com on all materials
• Include SEKTDA's phone
number: 877-TOUR-SEKY on all materials
• Include SEKTDA's logo on
all materials
• Identify photos where
applicable
• Agree that any materials
that you are using the photos in will NOT be for
resale
Any failure to do so will result in
legal ramifications of a $100 (one hundred dollars) assessment per
photograph.
