PAINTSVILLE TOURISM TO HOST FREE
CUSTOMER
SERVICE TRAINING
Paintsville, KY- Nancy Price, General Manager of Paintsville Tourism
and the U.S. 23 Country Music Highway Museum, will be hosting free
“Shining STAR” Customer Service training for anyone interested in
the community. The training
will be April 6, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The training will be held at the U.S. 23 Country Music Highway
Museum. Registration is required by March 30, 2007.
Participants
will receive all the needed training materials at no cost.
The “Shining STAR” Customer Service program will consist of service,
attitude, consistency, and teamwork. Other
topics to be covered will be: know your community, telephone etiquette, dealing
with unhappy customers and much more. The
facilitator of the program will be Nationally Certified Trainer, Michelle
Spencer with TOUR Southern and Eastern Kentucky.
Participants
will have the chance to receive some exciting door prizes. These prizes include
a MP3 player, restaurant coupons, and DVD players just to name a few.
