FIRST & FARMERS BANK RECEIVES
“SHINING STAR” TRAINING

completion from Michelle Spencer, TOUR SEKY.
Somerset,
KY- First & Farmers Bank completed the “Shining STAR”
Customer Service program provided by TOUR Southern and Eastern
Kentucky. The program was facilitated by Michelle Spencer, Director of
Hospitality. The branch
offices of Somerset and Albany were trained in three different
sessions.
The topics that
were covered in the training were service, attitude, consistency and
teamwork. Participants also learned more about non-verbal
communication, telephone etiquette, and knowing your community.
First & Farmers
Bank is now considered a “Shining STAR” establishment.
