BANK OF CUMBERLAND RECEIVES
“SHININING STAR” CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
Somerset, KY- The
Bank of Cumberland completed the “Shining STAR” Customer Service
program provided by TOUR Southern and Eastern Kentucky on March 6,
2007. The program was
facilitated by Michelle Spencer, a nationally certified trainer for
TOUR SEKY.
The topics that
were covered in the training were service, attitude, consistency and
teamwork. Participants also learned more about non-verbal
communication, telephone etiquette, and knowing your community.
Bank of Cumberland
is now considered a “Shining STAR” establishment.
